LANDSCAPE DESIGN SALES
(FLEXIBLE / PART-TIME / FULL-TIME / HYBRID)

Our designs focus heavily on sustainability, artistry without compromising function, and truly exceeding our clients' expectations. We also approach hiring a little differently. Right now, we don't need a rigid, 40-hour-a-week employee just to fill a seat. We are looking for the right person, not just a timeline. We want to make great connections with talented people. HOW WE WORK

COLLABORATION & LIFECYCLE

Team First:
You'll start by collaborating closely with our established design team to get a feel for our workflow, design philosophy, and standard of excellence. • Full Ownership (Eventually): Once you're comfortable, you'll have the space to manage your projects from end to end—from the initial client handshake, through design and estimating, to coordinating with build crews to ensure your vision is executed perfectly.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

High-End Experience:
A proven track record working with upper-end landscape design/build firms. You understand the nuances of luxury outdoor living. •
Software Proficiency:
Experience with Uvision design software and LMN estimating software is highly prioritized. •
Design Philosophy:
A passion for sustainable practices and a portfolio that demonstrates true artistry balanced with real-world functionality. •
The Complete Package:
Someone who can design beautifully, estimate accurately, and communicate seamlessly with clients and crews.

Highly flexible. Part-time? Partial work-from-home? We're open to whatever works best, provided the standards of the job are met. •
