Job Description

Overview We are a leading landscaping and design build contractor are are seeking a passionate and innovative Landscape Designer for (Design-Build) project to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead design development, collaborate closely with clients, and oversee projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and practical construction experience to deliver sustainable, aesthetically compelling landscapes that enhance communities and natural spaces alike. We specialize in transforming residential and commercial outdoor spaces into stunning, desert-appropriate oases our fast-paced team handles everything from client consultation and high-end design to full-scale construction and installation. Join us to shape vibrant, functional landscapes that leave a lasting impact for years to come! Duties Develop comprehensive landscape designs utilizing industry standard software such as complemented by hand-drawn sketches and renderings. Create detailed construction documentation, including hardscape layouts, planting plans, irrigation systems, and site grading details. Use of 3D modeling tools and software presenting realistic visualizations and renderings that communicate design intent effectively. Conduct site analysis using GIS tools to inform sustainable design strategies and land use planning. Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback throughout the development process. Coordinate with contractors and construction teams during project implementation to ensure design accuracy and quality control. Assist in project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting estimates, land surveying coordination, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. Skills Proficiency in landscape design software platforms. Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for presentations and visualizations. Experience with 3D modeling software for rendering detailed landscape models. Knowledge of horticulture principles and sustainable landscape architecture practices. Construction experience in hardscape installation, irrigation systems, site grading, and landscape maintenance. Ability to produce accurate hand-drawn illustrations and technical drawings for construction documentation. Familiarity with project management processes including client communication, scheduling, estimating, and coordinating with civil engineering teams. Understanding of land surveying techniques, land use planning tools and civil engineering fundamentals relevant to landscape projects.
Job Requirements:
Valid Nevada Drivers License (MVR Report) required
Education:
Formal training, such as a high school diploma, associate, bachelor's, or advanced degree.
Certifications:
Professional licenses or accreditations specific to the industry. Through thoughtful design development!
