Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Landscape Designer / Sales professional for a direct hire hybrid opportunity in Fort Collins, CO. This role combines creative landscape design, consultative sales, client relationship management, estimating, and project coordination for residential and commercial landscape construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who enjoys working directly with clients, developing custom outdoor environments, and staying involved from initial concept through final installation. You will collaborate with ownership, senior design staff, operations, production management, and field teams in a supportive, team-oriented environment where design quality, accountability, and client satisfaction are valued. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, creative problem solver, and detail-oriented professional who can balance design vision with practical construction execution. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term client relationships, contribute to unique landscape projects, and grow within a collaborative company culture with strong leadership and cross-functional teamwork. Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand project goals, scope, budget, site conditions, and design preferences.
- Develop conceptual landscape plans, detailed designs, presentation renderings, estimates, budgets, and phased project proposals.
- Coordinate with production management, project foremen, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to support successful project execution.
- Conduct site visits during construction to confirm quality, resolve issues, and ensure the completed work reflects the approved design intent.
- Create and manage change orders, assist with job costing, support project financial tracking, and review client invoicing as needed.
- Identify new sales opportunities, maintain professional client communication, and represent the company with integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Compensation and Benefits
Compensation:
$65,000 to $75,000 annually.Job Type:
