WHAT WE'RE OFFERING A
full-time design and sales role at an established, premium outdoor living firm in Hamilton County. You will own the front half of every project: from first conversation with a homeowner to signed agreement and a design they are genuinely excited to build. You will have real clients, real projects, and real earning potential. Not a junior seat. Not a support role. You will run your own pipeline, present your own designs, and close your own work. Base salary + Uncapped commission, paid on every project you close PTO

WHO YOU ARE
You have been doing this long enough to know what a well-designed outdoor space actually requires. You can read a homeowner's vision in the first 20 minutes of a conversation and know exactly how to shape it. You are good in a room. People trust you quickly. You do not have to push to close because your process earns the yes before you ever ask. You are probably in one of these situations right now: You are at a firm that does decent work but does not pay for performance, and you know you are generating more value than your comp reflects You have been doing design or sales at a company where the systems are broken and you spend more time managing chaos than doing the work you are good at You went independent or freelance and found that running the business side is harder than expected You are in an adjacent field, kitchen and bath, interior design, or building materials, and you miss working with outdoor spaces You are organized enough to manage multiple clients at different stages without dropping anything. You take ownership. You do not need to be managed into action. You have 3 or more years of experience in residential design, outdoor living, or a related field. You are proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent design tools. A degree in landscape architecture or design is a plus but not a requirement if your work speaks for itself.
