Job Description
Overview The Blue Lagoons Pools has serviced the DFW Area for the previous 20 years. The company with offices in Rowlett and Dallas provides new pool builds, pool remodels, backyard renovations and leak detection. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Remodel Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing existing pools for repairs and additions, while also guiding customers through the sales process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine creativity with customer service and sales expertise in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor living spaces, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for pool remodel projects Evaluate the customer's requests and provide ideas and pricing. Present ideas to clients, explaining features and benefits effectively Guide clients through the sales process, including product selection and financing options Provide detailed project estimates and timelines to clients Collaborate with installation teams to ensure designs are accurately executed Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and innovative design ideas to enhance client proposals Requirements Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the pool or outdoor living industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients Ability to understand client needs and translate them into compelling design solutions Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement Valid driver's license and transportation are required for client meetings and site visits A passion for outdoor spaces, landscaping, or pool design is a plus Join our team and help create beautiful outdoor environments while providing outstanding service that turns visions into reality.
