Job Description

Overview Father Nature Landscape & Hardscape is seeking a motivated, passion-driven Landscape Designer / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to helping clients create beautiful outdoor spaces they can enjoy with family and friends. What You'll Do Meet with residential and commercial clients to discuss project goals and budgets Design landscape and hardscape solutions that meet client needs Prepare estimates and present proposals Build and maintain strong customer relationships Follow up with leads and guide clients through the sales process Coordinate with production teams to ensure project success Attend client meetings, networking events, and company meetings as needed Travel locally within the Low Country to meet clients and visit project sites Qualifications Passion for landscaping, outdoor living, and customer service Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, landscaping, landscape design, or a related field Strong communication and relationship-building skills Knowledge of landscape and hardscape products and services preferred Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to create and present professional proposals Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Willingness to travel locally for client consultations and meetings What We Offer Base salary of $30,000-$40,000 per year , plus commission opportunities Year-round employment (not a seasonal position) Career advancement opportunities Professional development and training Supportive team environment Opportunity to work with one of the Low Country's strongest growing landscape and hardscape companies If you're passionate about helping clients transform their outdoor spaces and want to build a long-term career with a company that values integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction, we'd love to hear from you.
