Enhancement Design and Sales Job Description Job Summary:
As the Enhancement Design and Salesperson at Heritage Landscape Services, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our enhancement services. Your main objective will be to foster client relationships, identify and design up-selling opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
As the Enhancement Design and Salesperson, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Landscape Design & Conceptualization:
Develop creative, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable landscape enhancement designs tailored to client preferences, property requirements, and site conditions. Utilize landscape design software to produce 2D/3D renderings, site plans, and visual presentations. Select appropriate plant species, hardscape materials, and lighting options that thrive in the local climate and align with the client's budget and long-term maintenance goals. Present design concepts to clients in a compelling manner, clearly articulating the vision and modifying plans based on feedback to finalize the sale.
Sales Strategy:
Proactively seek out enhancement opportunities on top tier clients and provide budget plans for upcoming seasonal projects Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the enhancement services sector. Implement sales plans and strategies to effectively promote and sell enhancement services to existing and potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for up-selling enhancement services. Attend client meetings and presentations, providing technical expertise, guidance, and support to enhance client relationships and sales opportunities. Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements through enhancement services.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Communicate effectively with other departments, such as operations, to ensure seamless service delivery, accurate design execution, and overall client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, horticulture, or a related field - relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and design, preferably in the commercial landscaping industry, with a focus on enhancement services Strong knowledge of enhancement services, landscaping materials, and industry best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally Good vision and hearing for effective communication and data analysis Ability to work in a standard office environment

Work Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 6:30am to 5:00pm
NOTE:
As a salaried employee, your work hours/Days are structured on a completion-based schedule. This means that you are required to work until all assigned jobs for the day/week are completed, which could mean working weekend days in order to meet job completion requirements.
