Landscape Architect

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect position include: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field

• Develop detailed landscape design plans and technical drawings for commercial and land development projects. 3-5 years of professional landscape architecture or design experience
• Contribute to the design of neighborhood entrances, amenity centers, and commercial outdoor environments. Proficiency in AutoCAD and LandFX
• Produce planting plans, site layouts, sections/elevations, renderings, and hardscape details. Strong knowledge of plant materials
• Select and integrate appropriate plant palettes into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Experience with land development or commercial design-build projects preferred
• Support project planning and collaborate with engineers, developers, and builders. Ability to prepare material takeoffs and support estimating efforts
• Assist project managers with accurate project deliverables and budgets. Strong rendering, illustration, or visualization skills (Adobe Creative Suite or SketchUp preferred)
• Present clear and compelling design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and conduct occasional site visits
• Evaluate site conditions and refine designs based on real-world factors.

Salary:

$100,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
