We don't build basic backyards. We design and construct magazine-quality outdoor spaces with project budgets typically ranging from $150,000 to $1M+. Our work combines architecture, landscape, hardscape, water features, and outdoor living into a cohesive, high-end experience. Position Overview We are looking for a high-level designer who can take a client's vision and turn it into a fully developed master plan —both visually and technically. This role requires expert-level proficiency in Structure Studios VIP3D and the ability to create presentation-quality designs, detailed plans, and construction-ready documentation . You will work directly with ownership, sales, and clients to design projects that not only look incredible—but can be executed efficiently in the field. What You'll Be Responsible For Design luxury outdoor living environments including: Pools (fiberglass + gunite) Hardscape (pavers, walls, terraces) Outdoor kitchens, fire features, structures Landscape + lighting plans Full property master planning Create high-end 3D visualizations and renderings using VIP3D Develop 2D construction plans including layout, grading concepts, and material detailing Participate in client design presentations (virtual and in-person) Collaborate with sales to help win high-ticket projects through design Work with operations team to ensure designs are buildable and accurate Assist in value engineering and revisions based on budget feedback Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and architects when required Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Advanced experience with Structure Studios VIP3D Proven ability to design full outdoor living projects (not just pools) Strong understanding of: Construction methods Grading and drainage concepts Materials and installation practices Ability to produce both conceptual designs AND construction-level drawings Experience working on $100k+ projects preferred Strong communication and presentation skills What We're Looking For Someone who thinks like a designer AND a builder Someone who understands luxury clientele expectations Someone who can take ownership of the design process—not just "draft what they're told" Detail-oriented, but also able to move fast and hit deadlines A problem solver who can adapt designs to real-world constraints

Compensation Base Salary:

$75,000•$100,000 (based on experience) Performance Bonus /

Commission:

% of projects sold from your designs
