The firm's work spans architectural design, planning, interior design, structural engineering, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and related consulting services — all with a strong emphasis on collaboration, technical rigor, and client-focused outcomes.
Position summary:
We are seeking a licensed Director of Landscape Architecture to lead and grow our Landscape Architecture division. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced Landscape Architect with a strong background in design, project management, business development, and team leadership. Lead landscape architecture projects from concept through construction. Design residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, parks, and amenity projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams. Review plans, specifications, and construction documents. Manage departmental operations, budgets, staffing, and project performance.
Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture. Current Texas Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license or ability to obtain through reciprocity. 10+ years of professional experience. 5+ years of leadership experience. Strong portfolio and multidisciplinary project experience. Technical Skills AutoCAD & Civil 3D Land F/X Adobe Creative Suite SketchUp Lumion or Enscape Bluebeam Microsoft Office GIS (preferred)
