Responsibilities Collaborate with listing agent and clients to understand the vision and goals for each staging project utilize existing staging inventory that listing agent owns along with sellers existing items to transform space take all props to property on scheduled day. individual needs to be skilled and physically able to do all physical labor involved with hanging props, etc without assistance Execute staging setups efficiently on-site, ensuring all elements are arranged to maximize space and aesthetic appeal within time given Coach seller on how to keep home show ready with props in place maintain staging inventory in an organized manner and de stage all homes once property is sold This is a paid opportunity designed for a talented hard working individual eager to use their creative talents and communication skills to bring out the best in you every home.
