Kudela & Weinheimer LLC seeks a Project Manager (Landscape Architect E3) to plan and design landscape areas for master-planned communities focused on sustainability and environmental conservation. Oversee projects from the initial design development phase through the bidding stage, demonstrating proficiency in project lifecycle management. Explore innovative design solutions and technologies that can enhance the quality of the projects. Master computer programs used for daily tasks, such as drawing, project planning, and office communications. Master the company plant palette and application into design. Understand project workflow, internal timelines and processes. Mentor and train E1 and E2 staff. Review work of E1 and E2 staff and provide QA/QC for tasks performed. Assemble a full set of construction documents with minimal direction from leadership. Identify items in need of coordination with other consultants and take appropriate measures to ensure items are coordinated. Assist leadership with assigned tasks. Assist with weekly hot list meeting and schedule. Understand project fees and how they relate to billing. Proactively provide project status updates to senior staff prior to completion. Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture, or a related field and five (5) years of landscape architectural experience. Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture, or a related field and two (2) years of landscape architectural experience.
