What You'll Do As a Design-Build Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading crews that install high-quality landscape and hardscape projects throughout the Richmond area. You'll work closely with Project Managers, mentor crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Cross Creek's standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, coaching, and developing a Design-Build installation crew Reading and implementing landscape and construction plans Coordinating materials, equipment, and subcontractors Maintaining safe, organized, and professional job sites Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and teammates Training crew members and helping them advance their skills Operating equipment safely and teaching others to do the same Keeping projects on schedule and within budget Taking ownership of project quality from start to finish Who We're Looking For We're looking for like-minded people who: Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Enjoy working outdoors and creating something tangible every day Lead by example and aren't afraid to jump in and help Take pride in producing quality work Communicate well with both customers and coworkers Want to build a long-term career, not just find another job Are motivated to learn, grow, and advance within the company Why Cross Creek?
