Wenatchee, Washington Position Overview We believe a home is more than shelter, it's a sacred expression of identity, values, and evolution. We are seeking a Residential Architect who approaches design with deep listening, emotional intelligence, and timeless sensibility. Your work will help families articulate who they are and translate that truth into spaces that feel like home in every sense. Your Role As a Residential Architect at Complete Design, you will: Lead custom home design from site analysis to architectural detail, across a variety of scales. Guide clients through a personal, values-based design journey to create spaces that reflect their lifestyle and aspirations. Mentor junior team members in the art of emotionally intelligent design. Collaborate closely with engineers, landscape architects, and interior designers to deliver integrated and inspiring living environments. Key Responsibilities Design bespoke residential projects with care, creativity, and client-centered focus. Serve as the primary liaison for clients, managing expectations and translating vision into form. Integrate sustainability, wellness, and timeless aesthetics into every design. Provide leadership and mentorship to internal design staff. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic, cohesive project outcomes. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in custom residential architecture. Licensed Architect (WA or eligible for reciprocity preferred). Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design platforms. Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with clients and colleagues. Deep understanding of residential code, construction practices, and material selection. Salary Range:
