Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Grapple Truck Operator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for operating a grapple truck to safely and efficiently load, unload, and transport heavy materials, equipment, and tree debris across various job sites. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in active, hands-on work environments and enjoy operating heavy equipment. The ideal candidate has strong experience with grapple trucks, understands Commercial Driving Regulations, and follows proper loading, hauling, and disposal practices. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to our field operations, we'd love to have you on our team. Responsibilities Safely operate a grapple truck equipped with hydraulic arms and lifting mechanisms to load and unload materials such as tree debris and other material. Conduct pre and post operation inspections of the vehicle to ensure safe operation. Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors. Follow specific routes and work schedules provided by project superintendents. Maintain accurate logs and job records as required. Maintain a clean and organized truck. Adhere to company rules and regulations. Qualifications Prior experience as a heavy truck driver is required. 3 Years of experience with Class B CDL License. 1 Year of Grapple Truck Experience. Requirements:
