Job Overview Trifecta Outdoor Services is seeking an experienced and dependable CDL Grapple Truck Driver / Tree Crew Member to join our team. This position is responsible for safely operating a grapple truck, loading and hauling tree debris and other materials, completing routine vehicle inspections, and maintaining a professional presence while working at job sites and on the road. This employee will also be expected to work as a part of our tree crew and assist with daily tree-care operations, when not running loads. The ideal candidate must have a valid CDL license and prior tree-care or tree-service experience. Responsibilities Safely operate a commercial loader truck Load, secure, transport, and unload tree debris and other materials Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures Maintain accurate driving, inspection, and disposal records as required Work as a part of the tree crew when loader-truck work is not available Assist with tree removals, trimming, debris cleanup, hauling, and general job-site duties Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Communicate professionally with supervisors, crew members, customers, and disposal facility staff Maintain dependable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts Qualifications Must have a valid CDL license Previous commercial driving experience required Previous tree-care or tree-service experience required Experience operating a loader truck preferred Clean or acceptable driving record Knowledge of DOT safety requirements and vehicle inspection procedures Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles, tools, and equipment Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift, climb, bend, and perform physically demanding job duties Willingness to work as a tree-crew member when loads are not running Strong communication and time-management skills Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well with a team Must be able to pass any required background check, driving-record review, or drug screening Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday Occasional weekends or extended hours may be required depending on workload and weather Compensation Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
