Seasonal Snow Removal Team - Multiple Positions Available Backyard Barber | Winter 2025 Season Backyard Barber is seeking motivated, dependable, and safety-conscious individuals to join our Snow Removal Team for the upcoming winter season. We have multiple positions available, ranging from entry-level to experienced equipment operators. Sidewalk Snow Removal Technician Wage:

$25-$30/hour

DOE Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain four-wheelers and 4x4 sidewalk units. Perform manual snow removal (shoveling, snow blowing). Apply de-icing products as directed. Complete all tasks safely, efficiently, and according to supervisor instruction and company policy.

Requirements:

No prior experience required—we will train. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have personal winter gear (boots, snow pants, coat, gloves). Comfortable working outdoors in cold, winter weather. 2.

Plow Truck Operator Wage:

$27-$35/hour

DOE Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate trucks equipped with V-plows, straight blades, winged plows, salt spreaders, and brine sprayers. Perform shoveling and snow blowing as necessary. Follow supervisor instructions and company safety policies at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 season of snow removal experience preferred . Strong focus on safety and reliability. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have personal winter gear (boots, snow pants, coat, gloves). Comfortable working outdoors in cold, winter weather. 3.

Loader Operator Wage:

$30-$40/hour

DOE Responsibilities:

Operate skid steers, compact loaders, toolcats, and related equipment. Use containment plows, winged plows, and snow blowers to clear parking lots efficiently. Maintain equipment and follow company safety procedures.

Requirements:

At least 1 season of snow removal experience required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have personal winter gear (boots, snow pants, coat, gloves). Comfortable working outdoors in cold, winter weather.
