INTRODUCTION Background :

Increased drilling and projects have led to a need for additional contract labor to meet deadlines. Tamarack Geological Services will provide a contract core logging geologist to assist a mine in Nevada.

Objectives :

The contract geologist will log core and chips, prepare samples for shipment, assist with data organization, and help with field and office tasks as needed. 2.0

SCOPE OF WORK Key Tasks :

Core Preparation :

Move, wash, photograph and tech drill core for preparation of logging.

Logging :

Log diamond core and RC using AcQuire software providing detailed descriptions of lithology, alteration, and structural data.

Sample Management :

Prepare samples for assay pickup and ensure proper QA/QC protocols are followed. Maintain proper storage of samples.

Organization :

Keep organization of data and working environment.

Communication :

Daily check-ins with geology team. Report any issues promptly.

Safety :

Perform duties following mine safety protocols. 3.0

RESPONSIBILITIES Contractor Responsibilities :

Provide a qualified geologist who adheres to Tamarack's standards and safety protocols.

Project Owner Responsibilities :

Ensure the project stays on track in terms of scope, quality, schedule, and cost. 4.0 QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Geology 1-2 years relevant experience Software experience with AcQuire preferred Completion of MSHA Certification (Reimbursed) Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs Must be at least 18 years old and presently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
