Loadout Relief Operator

  • 7:00pm Starting Salary
  • $25.00/hour

Fill in for loadout positions when vacancies or relief coverage are needed. Work at the direction of management when not assigned to a specific vacancy. Perform duties in accordance with housekeeping and compliance policies. Support safe and efficient plant operations. Qualifications and Skills Must be qualified in the position being filled or able to become qualified. Ability to work with minimal direction. Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support others in the plant. Basic computer skills. Ability to operate machinery such as a skid loader, end loader, and forklift. Ability to complete required DOT compliance training. Physical Requirements Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. and position it safely. Ability to use lift equipment, stairs, and ladders to access elevated equipment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including 6-12 hours per day. Ability to work in areas involving heights and confined spaces. Ability to work in temperatures ranging from below 0°F to 130°F. Ability to utilize a respirator as required. Training Requirements Attend monthly safety meetings. Become qualified in all four jobs in the loadout area. Complete required DOT compliance training.
