This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality workmanship. Job Duties Perform general construction and site preparation work Use hand tools including shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, picks, and concrete tools Operate power tools such as cut-off saws, chainsaws, plate tampers, and transits Assist with concrete, excavation, grading, and utility projects Operate equipment including skid steers, excavators, tracked buggies, dump trucks, and trailers Load, unload, and transport materials as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow all company safety procedures and regulations Qualifications Previous construction, landscaping, excavation, or labor experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment operation is a plus Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the day Willingness to learn new skills, techniques, and processes Team-oriented with a positive attitude Skills Required Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage Ability to properly use and maintain jobsite tools and equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed Dependable attendance and punctuality Apply today with Express Employment Professionals to learn more about this opportunity in Tonica, IL!
