What You'll Be Doing Safely operate haul trucks and other mobile equipment to transport materials throughout the quarry. Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow production plans to efficiently move materials while meeting operational goals. Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support quarry operations by maintaining clean work areas and collaborating with team members. What Are We Looking For Ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a quarry, mining, construction, or similar industrial environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Ability to read, understand, and follow operating procedures and work instructions. Dependable communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a production environment. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and report equipment issues. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
