Come join our wonderful team! 7 on /7 off schedule, rotating days and nights About Americas Gold & Silver Americas Gold & Silver operates the historic underground Galena Mine in North Idaho's scenic Silver Valley—an area known for its mining history and year-round recreational activities. We provide a team-oriented environment where developing tradespeople can build their skills and grow their careers in mining. Perform underground mining operations in production and development Operate and maintain equipment Ensure proper ventilation in underground work areas Inspect and repair equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets

Required Qualifications:

Muck, Drill, Blast in conventional Jackleg/Jumbo slusher stopes and mechanized work areas Previous experience in underground mining required! Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues Proficient in operating heavy equipment and machinery Ability to read maps and follow technical instructions Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team Physical stamina to perform manual labor in challenging underground conditions
