We have a strong backlog of work and are looking for operators who can safely run equipment, maintain production, and take pride in quality workmanship. If you enjoy staying busy, working with a solid crew, and building critical infrastructure, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Operate backhoes, excavators, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Perform trenching, excavation, and utility installation support. Follow grade, line, and project specifications. Expose existing utilities safely and accurately. Assist crews with underground utility and telecommunications construction projects. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Work closely with foremen and field crews to meet production goals. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. QualificationsRequired Experience operating backhoes and heavy construction equipment. Knowledge of trenching, excavation, and safe digging practices. Ability to read grade stakes and follow project specifications. Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team. Commitment to safety, quality, and production. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Underground utility installation experience. Telecommunications construction experience. HDD experience. OSHA 10 Certification. Experience operating excavators, loaders, and skid steers. CDL Class A or Class B License.
