Floater/Equipment Operator - Aggregate Plant

What You'll Be Doing Safely operate multiple types of heavy equipment to support plant production. Perform duties in the underground mine, including but not limited to blasting, scaling, bolting, and drilling. Assist with plant housekeeping, maintenance support, and operational activities as needed. Monitor equipment performance and communicate issues promptly. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a compliant and hazard‑aware work environment. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate various heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Capability to work in underground environments and adapt to changing operational needs. Strong commitment to safety practices and compliance standards. Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and support different areas of the plant. Reliable team member with strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
