Job Description

MOVE CREW
Requirements:
Performs all duties and activities in a manner that conforms to site specific safety requirements, company policy, state and federal regulations. Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned which would include but are not limited to shoveling, rock dusting, timbering, brattice work, stoppings, ventilation, belt moves, power moves, pumping and roadway maintenance. Perform other tasks and duties as required to maintain the outby areas in efficient operating condition. Fill in on section as needed and as qualifications allow. Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
General knowledge of mining support activities (rock dusting, timbering, brattice work, ventilation, pumps, etc.). Knowledge of safe job procedures for general inside labor. Skill with hand tools. Know the Safe Job Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, company safety policies, and applicable rules and regulations. Certifications/Licenses Underground coal miner's certificate Annual 16-hour retraining and/or appropriate training Task training Other qualifications as required by contract, regulations and/or management Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
