This role performs diagnostic and troubleshooting on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. Present repair and replacement options to the client. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs according to company standards, providing the client with a high-quality experience. The technician will continuously be trained in client interaction, representing Hamstra's mission and values, and in all technical aspects of this position. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Insurable by Company insurance carrier Valid driver's license Two years or more in the HVAC industry Advanced customer service and communication skills Ability to follow and adhere to company safety program Follow written and oral directions Ability to work under extreme heat conditions EPA certification - Universal or Type
