What You'll Do:
As a core member of our service team, you will keep our residential and commercial community warm, safe, and running efficiently. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial oil and propane heating equipment. Ensure all work is executed to the highest standards in accordance with State of Maine, NFPA codes, and safety regulations. Deliver the friendly, dependable, face-to-face customer service our neighbors expect from us. Take pride in maintaining a clean, orderly, and organized service truck. Participate fairly in our after-hours emergency call rotation.
Job Requirements:
Licensing:
A current State of Maine Master or Journeyman Oil license is required. Propane license with a HAZMAT endorsement is a major plus!
Experience:
Proven field experience in heating system diagnostics, routine maintenance, and installation work.
Driving Record:
Must hold and maintain a clean, valid driver's license (reviewed at hire and annually).
Mindset:
Highly dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work seamlessly both independently and alongside a tight-knit team.
