We're looking for a Field Service Technician who thrives on hands-on technical work, problem-solving in the field, and building trusted relationships with customers. You'll play a key role in installing, commissioning, and maintaining natural gas measurement, flow control, and odorization systems across the Northeastern US. This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys independence, travel, and being part of a team that keeps critical energy infrastructure running safely and efficiently What You'll Do Install, service, and maintain natural gas measurement, flow control, and odorization equipment Perform system calibrations, testing, and troubleshooting with precision and care Commission and decommission equipment, ensuring operational excellence Conduct site assessments, safety checks, and preventive maintenance Respond to customer service requests and deliver exceptional on-site support Prepare clear, detailed field service and maintenance reports Support pipeline and equipment connection projects Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project execution What You'll Bring 2+ years of technical field experience (energy, utilities, or related industry preferred) Strong mechanical, technical, and electronic aptitude Commercial HVAC experience a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-starter who can manage time, travel, and tasks independently Comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions Must be able to lift up to 70lbs Must meet DOT qualification standards and pass random drug screening Must be able to drive a commercial heavy-duty pickup truck, with trailer, in all weather conditions. Must be available for extensive travel (up to 75% of the time), and able to travel and be away overnight with short notice. Must be available to work varying daily hours as projects require.
