WHAT YOU'LL DO

Service, repair, and install commercial dishwashing and dispensing equipment Deliver chemical products and maintain route inventory Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues Build strong customer relationships through dependable service Maintain organized service notes and collect customer payments when needed Participate in rotating emergency on-call coverage

WHAT TO EXPECT

Start time is 7:00 AM at our Austin warehouse near Hwy 183 and Burnet Road Work is performed indoors and outdoors in varying Texas weather conditions This is a physically active position involving lifting, pulling, and equipment service work This is a salaried position focused on route completion, customer service, and overall performance Teamwork matters here — when routes are completed, teammates help each other as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Mechanical aptitude required; plumbing, electrical, maintenance, or equipment repair experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to repetitively lift/pull 75 lbs Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record Must be 21+ years old Ability to pass background check and drug screening Because we operate commercial vehicles and distribute chemicals, ChemMark maintains a drug-free and smoke-free workplace. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, THC products, and other tobacco products.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
