Job Title:
Equipment Operator Shift Rotation:
15 days on, 6 days off
Location:
Windsor, CO Pay Rate:
$18-$20 per hour (depending on experience)

12-Month Contract About the Role Our client in the oil and gas industry is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Equipment Operator to join their team. In this role, you will operate and maintain equipment while supporting field operations and maintenance crews to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and experienced working in industrial environments. Key Responsibilities Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to job requirements and competency level. Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down operations. Perform pre-use inspections and maintain equipment in safe working condition. Report equipment issues, malfunctions, or deviations from operating standards. Participate in pre-job planning and Toolbox Safety meetings. Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule. Assist field and maintenance crews with equipment preparation and operational support. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies. Maintain required safety certifications and training. Required Qualifications Valid Class A CDL . Previous experience operating heavy equipment in an industrial, construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or related environment. Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and equipment operating standards. Ability to inspect equipment and identify mechanical or safety concerns. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
