Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and safety-conscious Wireline Operator to join our team and support vital oil and gas extraction operations. In this role, you will operate specialized wireline equipment to perform well interventions, logging, and maintenance activities. Your expertise will help ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operations across various outdoor environments, including construction sites and oil rigs. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to adhering to safety protocols while managing complex equipment in demanding conditions. Responsibilities Operate wireline equipment to perform well logging, perforating, and other intervention services with precision and safety. Follow strict safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and adherence to OSHA standards. Coordinate with crew members to ensure effective crew management, communication, and task delegation during outdoor work activities. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and maintain detailed logs of operational activities for compliance and reporting purposes. Support well drilling operations and other advanced techniques used in oil & gas extraction processes. Qualifications Must have a minimum of Class B CDL and be 21 years of age. Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, and Wireline Trucks Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently. Experience working on oil rigs or construction sites with outdoor work exposure in various weather conditions is a plus. Knowledge of safety protocols including OSHA regulations, PPE use, and site safety procedures. Ability to manage crew activities effectively while maintaining high safety standards. Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
