Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Well Tender to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The Well Tender will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of oil and gas wells, ensuring that they are functioning efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with heavy equipment, and the ability to work in various environments, including construction sites and oil rigs. Duties Monitor and maintain oil and gas production equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections of wells, pipelines, and associated equipment. Operate heavy equipment such as cranes and tankers for transporting materials. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems. Collaborate with team members to execute horizontal drilling operations effectively. Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment status. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times while on-site. Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise to minimize downtime. Experience Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred, particularly in roles related to well tending or heavy equipment operation. Strong mechanical knowledge is essential for diagnosing issues and performing repairs. Experience working on construction sites or oil rigs is highly desirable. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations, especially regarding tanker operations, is a plus. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks associated with well maintenance.
