Job Description
Environmental Quality Resources is looking for a Field Technician in our Gambrills area to perform the physical and operational tasks required to successfully complete assigned projects in the field. This role supports the Layout Foreperson, Operators, Engineers, Superintendent, and EQR support personnel by assisting with project execution, equipment operation, site readiness, and crew support. The position requires a strong commitment to safety, productivity, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of quality while working in outdoor environments and remote project sites. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform the physical tasks required to complete assigned projects safely and efficiently. Learn and perform all tasks necessary to complete projects at a high level of competence. Establish and demonstrate the skills required to support the Layout Foreperson, assigned Operators, Engineers, Superintendent, and EQR support personnel. Report directly to the Layout Foreperson, Foreperson, Superintendent, or next level of management. Indirectly report to the Operations Manager for job assignments, time-off requests, and HR-related matters. Indirectly report to the Vice President of Operations. Maintain ethical sensitivity, personal integrity, and a strong focus on ecological uplift. Achieve high field production rates through self-motivation, accountability, and teamwork.
