Job Description
Dynamic Well Service is looking for dependable, hardworking, safety-focused Rig Hands to join our field operations team. This position supports daily well service and workover operations by assisting with rig floor activities, equipment operation, maintenance, and safe execution of field work. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Responsibilities Assist with daily well service and workover rig operations Perform rig-up and rig-down activities Make and break pipe, tubing, rods, and other equipment Operate and maintain rig floor tools and equipment Handle tubulars, equipment, and materials safely Assist with pumps, tanks, valves, and fluid systems Monitor equipment and report issues to supervisors Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and JSA requirements Participate in safety meetings and training Communicate effectively with Driller, Derrickhand, and crew members Support and help train less experienced crew when needed Qualifications Previous oilfield, drilling, workover, or well service experience preferred Experience as a Floorhand, Derrickhand, or Rig Hand is a plus Knowledge of rig operations and equipment preferred Ability to work safely at heights and around heavy equipment Strong mechanical ability and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job locations Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded Must pass company-required background check and drug/alcohol screening Physical Requirements Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and work on elevated surfaces Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs) Ability to work long hours outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift Work Schedule Field-based position Rotational schedule / extended hours as required Join Dynamic Well Service and become part of a team where safety, reliability, and hard work are valued.
