Overview Join our dynamic team as an Oil & Gas Roustabout Supervisor, overseeing operations on oil rigs and construction sites across TX/NM. You will supervise roustabouts and ensure all activities adhere to safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies. Duties Supervise and coordinate roustabout crews on oil rigs and construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of pumping systems, pipelines, and heavy equipment such as cranes and winches Ensure proper rigging techniques are followed during lifting operations to prevent accidents or equipment damage Conduct regular safety briefings, enforce PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use, including respiratory protection, and uphold OSHA compliance standards Troubleshoot mechanical issues with drilling equipment, pumps, and other machinery to minimize downtime Manage crew schedules, assign tasks based on skill levels, and promote a culture of safety and teamwork Maintain detailed records of daily operations, safety inspections, incident reports, and equipment maintenance logs Experience Proven experience working outdoors in oil & gas environments or construction sites with knowledge of horizontal drilling processes Strong background in pipeline handling, rigging techniques, heavy equipment operation, and pump systems management Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to oil & gas operations and construction safety protocols Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and mechanical repairs in an industrial setting Demonstrated ability to lead crews effectively while maintaining high safety standards Knowledge of respiratory protection procedures and proper PPE use in hazardous environments This role offers a vibrant environment where your leadership skills will directly impact operational success.
