Contract We are currently seeking an experienced Well Services Supervisor with strong Coiled Tubing operations experience for an immediate offshore assignment in Greece. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate offshore well intervention and well services operations. Lead and oversee all coiled tubing activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution. Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and industry best practices. Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams, service providers, and client representatives. Review and approve operational programs, risk assessments, and permits to work. Monitor operational performance and provide technical guidance during execution. Ensure accurate reporting of daily operations, lessons learned, and end-of-well documentation. Drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service quality. Requirements Proven experience as a Well Services Supervisor in offshore environments. Extensive hands-on experience supervising Coiled Tubing operations. Strong understanding of well intervention, well integrity, and offshore operational practices. Experience managing contractors and service company personnel. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid offshore certifications and medical certification required. Availability for immediate mobilization. Preferred Experience working in the Mediterranean region. Multi-service well intervention experience (slickline, pumping, nitrogen, stimulation, etc.). IWCF or equivalent well control certification.
