Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated Pulling Unit Operators and Helpers to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. In this role, you will be responsible for operating pulling units—specialized equipment used to extract and manage pipelines—and assisting with various rigging, maintenance, and safety tasks on-site. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, supporting the safe and efficient movement of equipment and materials. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, your contribution will be vital to our crew's success and safety. Duties Operate pulling units and heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tankers to facilitate pipeline installation, maintenance, or removal. Assist with rigging operations, ensuring all lifting and securing procedures meet safety standards. Conduct routine inspections of equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform basic repairs to minimize downtime. Follow safety protocols diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE), respiratory protection, and adhering to OSHA regulations at all times. Support crew management by coordinating tasks, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring a cohesive work environment. Help with the setup and operation of pumping systems for oil & gas extraction processes. Maintain accurate documentation of operations, safety checks, and equipment usage during shifts. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in pump operation, pumping systems, and heavy equipment operation such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tankers. Familiarity with pipeline installation processes including horizontal drilling and rigging techniques. Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Experience working outdoors on construction sites or oil rigs with a focus on safety protocol adherence. Valid drivers license preferred, but not required. Knowledge of OSHA guidelines related to construction site safety and heavy machinery operation. Ability to manage crew tasks effectively while maintaining high safety standards; excellent communication skills are essential. Join us in a role that's vital to the energy sector!
