Job Description

Roustabout jade owls is a fast-growing oil & gas operator built on integrity, grit, and cash flow. Since 2022, we've grown more than 65x and currently operate ~13,500 BOPD across Northeast Wyoming and Oklahoma. We're seeking a Roustabout to support daily field operations, maintenance, and site upkeep while maintaining strong safety and compliance standards. Compensation & Benefits Hourly, non-exempt position Eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state wage and hour laws 100% employer paid medical, vision, and dental premiums for applicable plans 401(k) Retirement Plan with generous match Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Potential RSU awards, subject to plan terms, performance, and company discretion Career growth with potential for future advancement Responsibilities Perform general oilfield labor including maintenance, repairs, and cleanup Assist Lease Operators and Foremen with daily operations Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Maintain well sites, tank batteries, roads, and locations Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Maintain positive relationships with landowners and team members Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Oil & gas field experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Valid Driver's License with acceptable MVR Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Work Environment Outdoor field work in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, and H2S environments
