NASCO Industrial Services & Supply LLC Position Overview NASCO Industrial Services & Supply LLC is seeking an experienced, safety-focused, and results-driven Core Drilling Supervisor to lead drilling operations and oversee field personnel on drilling projects. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day drilling activities, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining strict safety compliance, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Direct and supervise daily core drilling operations and drilling crews at project sites. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer requirements and specifications. Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce company policies. Develop work schedules and coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources. Monitor drilling performance and project progress. Troubleshoot operational and equipment issues. Prepare reports and drilling logs. Coordinate with clients, engineers, geologists, and suppliers. Mentor and develop drilling personnel. Required Qualifications 5+ years drilling experience including supervision. Knowledge of core drilling methods and equipment. Strong leadership skills. Ability to read drilling plans and specifications. Excellent communication skills. Valid driver license with acceptable driving record and ability to travel. Preferred Qualifications MSHA certifications. First Aid/CPR. Experience managing multiple rigs. Physical Requirements Work outdoors in varying conditions. Lift and move equipment. Work rotational schedules and overtime.
