We specialize in water management, production testing, flowback, and chemical operations across the United States. Safety, teamwork, and operational excellence are core to how we operate in the field. As a Water Transfer Operator , you will primarily support water transfer rig-up and rig-down operations. This role is physically demanding and fast-paced, designed for individuals who understand the intensity of rig-up work and are comfortable with long hours and hard labor. While the job title falls under Water Transfer, this position is heavily focused on rig-up crews, with a strong emphasis on equipment operation, pipe fusion, and the installation and repair of lay-flat hoses. This role is ideal for experienced water transfer hands who want consistent rig-up work and know what they're signing up for. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Rig-up and rig-down water transfer systems Operate and assist with heavy equipment used in rig up operations Fuse HDPE pipe and fittings as required Install, repair, and maintain lay-flat hose Perform line maintenance and troubleshooting Assist with pump placement and hose routing Support filtration and manifold setup during rig up Conduct daily job safety analysis (JSA/JSEA) Maintain a safe and organized job site Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members Work long hours in physically demanding outdoor conditions Travel within the service area as required
Requirements:
Must be 21 or older to apply
Valid Driver's License Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years of job-related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Pass the required physical examination and drug screen. MVR screen must comply with company policy. #IND1
