HSE Technician in oil & gas assists field management to ensure total crew safety and training compliance that includes conducting safety audits and risk assessments. Will utilize extensive experience in drilling operations safety protocols, create training material and conduct training sessions, and assure that HSE programs are met to maintain regulatory compliance while remaining current with OH&S and OSHA regulations. Requires US or foreign Journeyman Rig Technician Certification with Veriforce PEC Safety Mgmt or PEC Safety certification, with 5 years in the job offered or as a Rig Technician, Motorman or related with oil/gas industry knowledge of health/safety rig operations training, inspections, adherence to US safety regulatory compliance, extensive drilling rig equipment experience. A valid drivers license required.

Jobsite:

Midland, TX. As part of the position will also work at and support multiple rig sites in unanticipated remote drilling locations throughout the USA.
