This position is responsible for handling and maintaining specific company equipment. It will be essential for re-inhabiting parks and streamlining operations.
Essential Job Duties:
(these duties include, but are not limited to):
    Surveying:
    Conducting site surveys to accurately measure and map the land. Able to read site plans and layout site work construction
      Clearing:
      Removing vegetation, debris, and other obstructions from the site.
        Excavation:
        Digging and removing soil or rock to create foundations and other necessary areas.
          Grading:
          Shaping the land to achieve the desired slope and elevation for the project.
            Utility Installation:
            Working with utility contractors for the installation of utilities like water, sewer, and power lines
            • Inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure it's in good working order
            • Monitoring performance and adjusting settings as required to perform tasks correctly
            • Tracking scheduled maintenance of equipment and notifying their Supervisor if maintenance is past due
            • Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.
            • Ensure company equipment, materials, and the work site are maintained, kept clean, and stored safely.
            Qualifications:
            • Three to five years of experience in heavy equipment operation
            • Experience digging around existing utilities.
            • Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

            $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
