We specialize in site preparation, excavation, grading, drainage systems, erosion control, demolition, stormwater management, and landscape construction projects throughout Mobile County and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in operating equipment safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Responsibilities Operate excavators, skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, compactors, tractors, and other construction equipment. Perform grading, excavation, trenching, drainage installation, and site preparation work. Assist with demolition projects and debris removal. Load and unload materials and equipment safely. Read and follow site plans, grade stakes, and project specifications. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance. Identify and report equipment issues promptly. Work alongside laborers and foremen to complete projects efficiently. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines. Maintain a clean and professional job site. Qualifications Previous experience operating construction equipment required. Experience with excavation, grading, drainage, or site work preferred. Ability to safely operate equipment in residential and commercial environments. Valid driver's license required. CDL is a plus but not required. Ability to work outdoors in Alabama weather conditions. Dependable transportation and punctual attendance required. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor when needed. Must be able to follow directions and work well within a team environment.
