Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on site. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, contribute to large-scale projects, and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, motor graders, and other machinery safely and efficiently across various construction sites Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Assist with site preparation activities such as grading, trenching, lifting heavy materials, and moving earth or debris Coordinate with project managers and team members to execute tasks accurately and on schedule Work around utilities, structures and other job site elements with precision Follow all safety protocols and construction regulations to maintain a secure work environment Skills Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, motor graders, and similar machinery Strong mechanical knowledge of construction equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety procedures and project workflows Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and site supervisors Knowledge of construction materials handling Join us in building the future with energy and precision!
