Machine Operation:

Start and run industrial rolling machines, ring rollers, or heavy compaction rollers by adjusting throttles, switches, and pedals.

Material Processing:

Feed, position, and guide metal parts, sheets, or composite materials through rollers to achieve exact thickness, curvature, or surface finish.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished parts and measure dimensions using calipers, gauges, or visual checks to confirm they meet production specifications.

Equipment Maintenance:

Perform daily pre-and post-operation equipment inspections, lubricate moving parts, and report mechanical malfunctions. Follow all OSHA guidelines, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean work area

Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience:

1 to 3 years of machine operation or industrial/manufacturing experience.

Physical Demands:

Ability to sit or stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Skills:

Strong hand-eye coordination, mechanical aptitude, and basic troubleshooting capabilities.
