We're looking for a dependable front‑end loader operator who keeps materials moving, equipment running, and production flowing. If you like hands‑on work and being essential to daily operations, this role delivers. Need Bi-lingual English/Spanish What You'll Do Operate a front‑end loader / skid‑steer/tractor to move sand, shale, and bulk materials Keep production supplied using computer‑controlled conveyors Load/unload trucks, feed hoppers, and stage materials around the yard Perform basic equipment checks and assist mechanics with repairs Maintain a clean, safe raw‑materials and crusher area What You Bring Experience with heavy equipment (loader, forklift, skid‑steer) Ability to use a computer‑based control system Mechanical aptitude (belts, chains, rollers, minor fixes) Strong safety mindset and PPE compliance Ability to lift 45-50 lbs and work in dusty, noisy, indoor/outdoor conditions Schedule Monday-Friday Day or Swing Shift Overtime available when needed Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) PTO Holiday Pay Sick Pay Additional company benefits and perks Why You'll Like It Here You're the backbone of the operation — keeping materials flowing and production on track.
