Duties Operate heavy construction equipment such as blades, dozers, loaders, excavators, and dump trucks to move materials efficiently across the site Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during equipment operation Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment use and ensure smooth workflow on-site Adhere to occupational safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery such as blades, dozers, loaders, and excavators in a construction setting Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and basic equipment maintenance techniques Ability to perform routine safety checks and follow equipment safety procedures diligently Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Strong understanding of construction processes including material handling, and farm machinery operation if applicable Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment We are committed to providing a safe workplace where skilled operators can thrive while contributing to impactful projects.
