Heavy Duty CDL Tow Truck Operator

A Toe Truck, a fast-paced towing company, is now hiring heavy duty tow truck operators in Needles, CA., Mohave Valley, Quartzsite, Ehrenberg and Salome. Our drivers work 5 days a week with two consecutive days off. Candidates must be willing to be on-call for their shifts and drive long distances. All our drivers make a base salary plus commission with an opportunity to make between $80k-$120k a year. The more you're willing to drive the more money you will make! Bonuses, housing and relocation help are available. CDL Towing experience is preferred but not necessary. We're willing to train the right candidates. A Toe Truck has been in business for 20 years. We offer service to over 200 square miles along the Colorado River in Arizona and California. Tow Truck Driver Responsibilities:

Maintains safe operating standards by complying with operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations Provide excellent customer service Respond to all service calls in a prompt and professional manner Towing, winching, accidents and accident scene recovery. Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatchers, customers, vendors and law enforcement Document and complete all necessary correspondence, forms and paperwork Maintain company standards of maintenance and cleanliness on assigned company vehicles

Tow Truck Driver Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience driving a Class A, CDL manual transmission truck Must be 22 years of age or older Valid CDL drivers license with a clean driving record Must pass background check and DOT physical Must pass drug screening Punctual, motivated, self-starter and team oriented Experience in towing preferred but not necessary Benefits 50% match on dental & vision insurance for employees Paid time off Life and disability insurance 401
