Milling Operator (Ground) - Role Overview The Milling Operator (Ground) is a vital member of an asphalt milling crew, working closely with the machine operator to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient milling operations. Often referred to as a ground man or milling ground crew member, this role supports daily field activities and helps maintain jobsite productivity and safety.
