You must hold a current Class A CDL license with 15-20 years of heavy equipment transportation experience. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, securing, and delivering a variety of heavy equipment and commercial trucks to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on-site. Your expertise will help drive project success by managing equipment safely and effectively while maintaining a strong focus on quality workmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery and contribute to impactful infrastructure development. You will be required to pass a background, driving, and drug test. Duties Load, secure, and transport heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, drilling rigs, and paving machines with precision and safety. Drive commercial trucks including dump trucks and other construction-related vehicles to transport materials and equipment across job sites. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on all machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment. Coordinate with team members to plan daily operations and equipment needs effectively. Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and transportation activities for accountability. Qualifications Proven experience loading, securing, and transporting heavy construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, tractors, or paving machinery. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. Construction site experience with familiarity in various construction processes. Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and commercial trucking.
